Ankle & Feet Problems

Strained ligaments in the ankles, flat feet or ‘pronation’ is often seen in runners. This can lead to pain into the shins. However, there are other contributing factors such as foot position, shoes and running technique. All of which are very treatable.

Plantar fasciitis pain can be anywhere along the sole of the foot but is usually located in the front and bottom of the heel. The pain can range from being mild or it can be extremely debilitating.

“We treat ankle and foot problems with a range of treatment methods, and can advice you whether you would benefit from cortico-steroid injections.”
